A presentation of the X European Individual Championship for men in Budva, Montenegro, 14 - 28 March, 2009, will take place on 23 April at 21:00 in "Bendida" hall of Novotel Plovdiv,
During the presentation a co-operation protocol will be signed between the chess federations of Montenegro and Bulgaria.
